Dear All,

For this very light April issue, mainly due to the close ECTN plenary session ultimate preparation, only a little information is available. But, I take this opportunity to welcome a new Associate partner, Prof. Andrei TCHOUGREEFF from the Kharpov Institute of Moscow.

Also, I hope to see all of you in Lund, to meet our new partners, and of course to wish you a good and safe trip.

Best regards
